# I can't withdraw: wagering is not complete

The usual reason a balance will not withdraw is that the deposit has not been wagered yet. A wagering requirement applies to every deposit on Dexsport, whether or not you took a bonus. Until it is done, the money sits on your balance but is not withdrawable.

![Here the game balance is 133.03 USDT but only 64.38 can be withdrawn: the rest has not been wagered yet](https://3235441457-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FZGaNfrspeR8PjegVRwpU%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-2d7305c3ab011e2e8ca3fd961ac81f2f399f7705%2Fwithdraw-locked-part.jpg?alt=media)

## How to complete the wagering

* **In sports or esports.** Place bets at odds of **1.3** or higher. Each settled bet frees its own winnings, so you do not have to play the whole balance through in one bet. Wins at odds below 1.3 and returned bets do not count, they stay on the non-withdrawable part of your balance.
* **In the casino.** On slots, bet the deposit amount once (x1): a $100 deposit means $100 of slot bets. In live casino and other games it is **twice** the deposit (x2), every bet covers half of itself, so a $100 deposit means $200 of bets. There is no odds requirement here.

Sports bets closed through **Cash Out** do not count towards wagering. If you take the early payout, that bet does nothing for your requirement, so leave the bets you are wagering with to settle on their own.

## Bonus money is counted separately

The cash bonus and the cash that free spins pay out sit on a separate bonus balance and need **x40** wagering before they unlock. Until that is finished, the money cannot be withdrawn, and a slot always plays from your real balance first.

You can see how much wagering is left under My Bonuses. Free spins also appear there rather than in your main balance.

Weekly cashback is the exception: it is paid on Monday in stablecoins and is fully withdrawable right away, with no wagering.

## Where to see the exact amount

Open the Wallet section from your profile menu. Each token shows your Balance and your Withdrawable amount separately, so you can tell at a glance how much of it is ready to go out.

## If the numbers still look wrong

Write to support in the platform chat with your nickname, the token and currency pool you are trying to withdraw, and the amount you expected. If the question is about a specific bet that should have unlocked the funds, add its bet ID. That is enough for the agent to check your wagering without further questions.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://dexsport-3.gitbook.io/dexsport-docs/troubleshooting/cannot-withdraw.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
